Ack-chellay, it's an economic policy that I read about in government today. But of course, it's hard to focus on just what the book is explaining when the name keeps calling dark hair and light brown eyes to my mind. I do remember that the economist who came up with the policy is John Maynard Keynes, who is Skandar's great, great uncle.
