Today, I left the house with $28 in my wallet, and $15 at home. After a day of shopping, I have a total of $10. At Target, I found the gladiator sandals I've been dreaming of, and then, I saw it. The last one they had. The three-disc, blu-ray+dvd+digital copy, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. For $17. Heck yes! So my younger sister helped me pay for it, and now we have to figure out a way to sell our other 2-disc set, which my dad had bought for us, and I just payed him back my share. (My sisters and I said we'd split the money for it, before we knew of the awesomeness of the 3-disc set.) ANYWAY.....this is so amazing! I love the postcards, and the sleeve, and pretty much everything about it, and I can hardly wait to watch the blu-ray on my blu-ray playin' laptop. Let there be Narnia! Life is good.
DBF Out!
yayy! You got the 3 disk edition! :) I'm still debating what to do with my postacards. I do have a lime green photo frame lying around, maybe I can switch the cards in and out :P. I love your creativity with the Keyesnism or whatever it was lol. We should make up a legit word that shall someday be in the dictionary like our Skedmund, or Skandaritic (a person who loves Skandar :D
ReplyDeleteHuzzah! :D Good shopping is always gratifying, and the sandals sound so lovely.
ReplyDeleteWow, you got a great price on the Blu-ray! Congrats on being the proud owner of the beautiful 3-disk. Let us know how the Blu-ray format is!
Hahaha, "let there be Narnia!". I believe that's a new DBF phrase. (x
There will be war for the post cards betwixt me and Izzy, but I'll probably frame the Edmund/Caspian one and stick the others in varios places where I can always see them.
ReplyDeleteLol, as soon as I read about Keynesianism in government, I thought, "This is blogging material." Unfortunately, Skandar is more of a hindrance than a help when it comes to school, but he kinda makes it more fun every now and then ;)
